Introduction.
RSA Commercial Examinations Institute was incorporated in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act No1 Cap 59 of 1990(RC 252083) Law of Federation of Nigeria as a Professional Examinations and Membership Institute on 22nd July 1994.
The relevant objectives of RSA Institute that were duly registered with the Federal Republic of Nigeria are:-
- To determine Professional Standard and Experience Necessary for election of members into different grades of membership thereby conferring upon them a recognized status.
- To provide a scheme of business education in commerce and industry incorporating various stages in business studies: Banking, Accountancy, Marketing, Public Relations, Commerce, Insurance, Production, Local Government, Secretarial...etc
- To maintain an Examinations Board 'RSA' made up of qualified members of the institute and members of other professional bodies who are engaged in commerce, industry, academics and others drawn from recognized professional institutions and allied educational institutess.
- To issue certificates and diploma to successful candidates examined under the strictest examination environment.
RSA Commercial Examinations Institute is a member of the National Association of Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA), the
umbrella for all credible and recognized corporate entities in Nigeria through Ibadan Chapter.

No entry qualification stage II was design to be equivalent to WASC, GCE SSE

Professional Dipoma (Ordinary Part I & II Higher Part III & IV) Examinations in the following Course - Business Administration, Accouncantancy, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Secretarial Administration and Office Management, Public Relations, Computer Science, Local Government and Public Administration, Health Services Administration and Purchasing & Supply Management.
RSA Fast Track and Conversion Programme in Management, Local Government and Public Administration, Public Finance, Treasury Management, Accountancy, Health Service, Administration, Marketing and Public Relations.
This Programme Automatically Qualified one of Professional Chartered Programme and Subsequent Admission into PGD, MBA, MSc...etc in any of the Nigeria University.

The Director: General/Registrar, Mr. Henry Temitayo Adegbuyi MSc (Brussels) ACEA(UK), MNIM, MNIMN, AIMA, AIIM (UK) MBSC, ACMA, FIDPM, MCFA. MNAA (USA) FFCS, MTM, FRSA. The Director-General has over twenty-five years experience in both corporate organisations and commercial organisations. He is also the Oyo State Chapter Chairman, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria. He is also the Oyo State District Chairman Institute Of Foresnic Accountant of Nigeria(IFA).
